Olivia Staubus joined PKK in June 2023 as an associate practicing community association and commercial litigation law. She is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association. 

Olivia earned her J.D. from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, with certificates in Environmental Law and Native Hawaiian Rights. While in law school she was the executive editor of the University of Hawaii Law Review, president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and externed at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office of General Counsel.  Before joining PKK, she practiced family law.

Olivia was born and raised in Oklahoma and earned a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Ecology and Management with a focus in Aquatic Ecology from Oklahoma State University.

As an attorney with PKK’s litigation section, she serves clients on Oahu and the neighboring islands.
