Associate
Ryan Witthans joined PKK in October 2026 as an associate attorney. He represents clients on Oahu and the neighbor islands with a focus on community association matters and real estate litigation. He is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and licensed to practice law before all state courts in Hawaii.
Ryan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law in 2025. During law school, he served as Outside Articles Editor and Staff Writer for the University of Hawaii Law Review and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for achieving the highest grades in Real Property and Criminal Law. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America in 2027 in the practice area of Administrative / Regulatory Law.
Before joining PKK, Ryan was an associate at another premier Honolulu law firm, where he specialized in land use, real estate and administrative/regulatory law.
Ryan is a native of Hilo, Hawaii and is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools and Dartmouth College.
