Associate
F. Palakiko Chandler IV joined PKK in August of 2025 as an associate attorney with a focus on community association and real estate litigation. He is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Hawai‘i and is a member of the Hawai‘i State Bar Association.
Palakiko earned his J.D. from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, William S. Richardson School of Law, with his certificate in Native Hawaiian Law. He served as Co-President of the Hawai‘i Chapter of the National Native American Law Student Association, a competing member of the Native American Moot Court Team, Treasurer for the Student Bar Association and is an active member of ‘Aha Hui o Hawai‘i. Prior to joining PKK, Palakiko worked in government relations and policy with a focus in Native Hawaiian rights, federal trust responsibilities, and education.
Palakiko was born on O‘ahu and attended both Kamehameha Schools and Hawai‘i Technology Academy and holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University – Provo.
As an attorney with PKK’s litigation section, he serves clients throughout O‘ahu and the neighbor islands.
