Associate
Talia N. Abrams joined PKK in March 2025. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of
Hawaiʻi at Mānoa William S. Richardson School of Law and is a member of the Hawaiʻi State
Bar Association. Talia practices in the areas of community association law and commercial
litigation.
Prior to joining PKK, Talia worked at Speak Out and Up Law LLLC in Hawaiʻi, where she
provided legal support and advocacy for survivors of sex trafficking and handled family law
matters. She also interned with David Lim & Partners in Singapore, working on a range of
business law matters, including contract and loan agreement review, probate, and employment
issues. Earlier in her career, Talia served as a legal assistant at Potomac Legal Group PLLC in
Washington, D.C., assisting with employment law matters.
Talia’s professional experience also includes an internship with Startup University (Google for
Startups) in Spain, where she worked on business development projects for automotive
companies such as BMW and MINI. Additionally, she interned in Washington, D.C. as a policy
intern for two members of Congress, drafting legislative amendments, preparing policy
memoranda, and organizing a congressional briefing on suicide prevention.
Born and raised on Kauaʻi, Talia earned her undergraduate degree from American University in
Washington, D.C., with a major in Political Science, minors in International Business and
Spanish, and a Certificate in Leadership. She earned her Master of Business Administration from
the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Shidler College of Business in December 2025.
As an attorney in PKK’s litigation section, Talia serves clients on Oʻahu and the neighboring
islands.
