Michael G. Kozak joined PMKC in March 2016 with 13 years of experience, most recently practicing in condominium and community association law and commercial litigation. He represents clients addressing construction, business, real estate and community association governance disputes.
Kozak previously served as a senior associate with the Honolulu law firm of Case, Lombardi & Pettit, where he handled all aspects of litigation including mediation, arbitration, trials and appeals.
Kozak earned his J.D. Degree in 2002 from the Pepperdine University School of Law in California. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Villanova University in his home state of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and volunteers as a trained mediator at the Mediation Center of the Pacific. Kozak also actively speaks at legal seminars, educating attorneys and legal professionals on various topics including litigation strategies and employment law. He is licensed to practice law in Hawaii, California, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Kozak is a senior attorney with PMKC’s litigation section, which serves clients on Oahu and the neighbor islands.
